Openserve Bad Service

I signed up with Vodacom in October 2020,I have received my Router end of October.Vodocom inform me that my service provider will be Openserve,5 months still waiting for activation and installation from Openserve serve.Fiber is live in our area so I don't know why they taking this long.On numerous occasions I phoned Vodocam enquiry about my Installation and the response is we waiting on Openserve.Really 5 months to wait for Activation and installation that's bad service.
