Openserve bad service

My internet did not operate well for the past 3 weeks. The problem escalated and disconnected, showing a message that the IP server could not be found. I reported the problem in writing to Cool Ideas. An operation manager contacted me the following day, instructed me to remove the range extenders, make sure that the cables are connected properly. When it still didn't work she told me to reset the decoder. I was hesitant and told her that I did not want to reset the system. She convinced me, I reset the decoder and thereafter she tried for 2 hours to get met online again, but to no avail. Thereafter a technician called me and after another hour promised to send someone to my home early this morning to sort the problem, because the operation manager, Tebogo Ntsoseng, was not supposed to reset the router. The person who was supposed to do a home visit did not arrive. Instead, I received two further calls from Open Serve, both calls were discontinued. I thereafter called their offices and ask for urgent assistance, also left a message for one of the previous technicians to return my call. I am ignored and are of the opinion that Open Serve are not interested in client services. They take your monthly payment and the client get no assistance when a problem occurs. I am working online from home and have lost 3 day's work due to their incompetence. They promised to assist me with the problem at home and nothing happens. Instead, they keep calling and ask the same questions every time, give me the same instructions. This situation is totally unacceptable.
