Openserve bad customer service

In December I app**** for a DSL line through Afrihost. To date Openserve have not activated my line. Afrihost send me proof that they have submitted the request. I mailed and tried phoning Open Serve but haven't received a reply as of yet. Once again half government entity so they dont care.
