Openserve bad bad for isp

I did aply on openserve web site for a fibre line at nigel gauteng openserve is a isp also now and thats why i did aply but on the web it say you must pay then they help you so i paid R850 for a 100 meg line then nothing no whats app no sms no email nothing openserve did not help me with fibre line is now 2 months and stil did not come back to me this is the worse service i received i wil never ever use openserve again as a isp internet service
