Openserve are a disgrace!!!

What a disgrace!!! I have been struggling to get Openserve to move an ONT overhead cable for two weeks already!! It took them 9 days to respond to the request from Mweb. They made an appointment and I confirmed it via a link they sent, for Saturday 10:00 to 12:00. Up until now, Monday 09:22, no one showed up. How is it even possible to struggle like this? And the worst part? You can not contact them directly. Utterly disappointing, frustrating and pathetic service!!!
