Openserve appalling service

They came to install fibre with getting working saying they would come back on Monday which they never did. After getting the issue escalated I get a phone call from the guy who installed it say that they have the wrong address on his job card and he will not fix it till I correct so I spoke to my ISP and they informed that its a fault on Openserve side a week later I still have no working fibre there service is beyond appalling.
