Openserve and Vodacom taking clients for a ride

Vodacom and Openserve are the worst service providers. I have had several phone ; data and fibre contracts with Vodacom for over 20 years now. Yet the treatment I received lately is very poor. I have been waiting for reinstallation of my Fiber line for the past three months now I have spoken to more than 10 call centre personnel who have promised to resolve my issue to no avail. Every time I call there’s a new issue and it takes me following up to know the issue. I have sent documents and photos every time I got asked but there’s simply no willingness to resolve my issue. All of this while I am paying thousands of rands for data every month. They even charged me for a router I did not have or use for three years. I have been patient in the hope of having a fibre line installed but I’m now at my wits end. A one star rating is being generous in this case. I am now helpless, I might just have to switch service providers 🥹🥹🥹
