Openserve and Vodacom lack accountability and integrity

I reviewed Openserve and Vodacom on hellopeter last week, I subsequently received texts and calls assuring me that my problem will be attended to, to this day I’m still paying thousands of rands on data and none of them are taking accountability for causing me such a lot of expenses. I still have no fibre. That’s how they thank me for giving them uninterrupted business for 26 years. That’s South African business for you, no integrity or accountability at all.
