Openserve and Telkom useless as always

I app**** for a Fibre installation through Afrihost the last week of May.

The first week of June Openserve came to install the connection, but the realized there is already a Fibre connection on the property as the property is sub divided. they told me the have to apply for a second ONT and the technician left.

Now a month later several emails and complaints later they still haven't returned to install the Fibre. You cant really contact Openserve directly and Afrihost keep on telling me they will escalate it with Openserve.

So in a time where allot of us are working from home trust Openserve and Telkom to keep you waiting for month without Internet.
