Openserve and telkom invaded my privacy in my own home

They are upgrading their fibre network at Rainbow Park polokwane ext 36, and some of the cable needs to be mounted on Telkom lines and one of the poles happens to be in my yard at the back next to the fence. Our local Councilor informed us about the project on our streets in time but the guys were expected to request for permission if they had to work on something inside our yards but to my surprise the workers climbed on to the pole from the outside into my yard without informing me. I chased them away and requested to meet the team leader today they promised to call and am still waiting in vain...
