Openserve and Telkom business incompetence

I haven’t had internet for a month 3 weeks and I’ve been waiting for technicians that haven’t can for the pay 2 weeks. I kept on calling them and their number won’t go through. I ensured o don’t pay at the end of the month and Telkom billing called I told them what’s going on they said they’ll send a technician and they gave me a number to call. I called and the number wasn’t going through and I’ve been waiting for a technician since I don’t know what to do I’m even thinking of changing service providers.
