OPenserve and poor technical repairs and promises broken

Line fault after line fault and no end in sight. Openserve techies dont repair, they just swop out existing lines with new customers. Now we have a cable fault and some lines are up and others down. Promises made by techies to call me to ascertain whether up not done. Neighbours complain of swop outs done between existing lines to "repair" faulty lines. Poor installation from the beginning caused current issues. Cover missing so outside box filled with water. Promised to fix next day - that was before Christmas. How not to do business in the modern digital age. FFS.
