Openserve and Mweb BULLSH÷T

I opted to upgrade one one my lines to fibre, Mweb said openserve have this amazing product on offer. I have now been waiting more than 2 months for installation. When I finally received a call from openserve saying they wanted to come install, I finally thought things were happening. SORRY FOLKS OPENSERVE ARE JUST SMOKE AND MIRRORS, EMPTY PROMISES AND BROKEN DREAMS. Am considering canceling all my Mweb products if this doesn't resolve soon
