Openserve and Mweb

I have previously written a review regarding my fibre at home. My ISP is MWEB and fibre provider Openserve. My issue is that my connection drops twice a day and this has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. This is highly understandable that they guys have no idea wat is wrong. How can I rely on them as technicians. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED.. Can anyone escalate this to senior management
