Openserve and its horrible service

This so called service provider is disgusting. They installed my home router on the 03/05/2022 and on the 12/05/2022, during the day it was working perfectly then it stopped. I contacted Telkom and they checked on their side the network is fine everything is fine. I have tried to contact openserve severally and I keep getting told to phone different numbers with no success..

I am ****ed off and highly annoyed as I'm supposed to be working from home.... This so called company or whatever you want to call it needs to be cancelled... Their service is terrible...
