OPENSERVE AND AXXESS is the worst!!

2 FING days on the phone!! pending order my ass.

When we eventually get ahold of you guys, you say there is no pending order on our address. our IPS says please "confirm directly with Openserve, there is a pending order under this ref number"

iam so over this!! No one wants to help or dont know how to help its quicker just to transfer or drop the line! struggling to for 3 weeks. The previous owner canceled they line, ours is cancel so how do we get the pending line of our house address.
