Openserve and Afrihost ******* Service

Pathetic service. We app**** for Fibre in Constantia in April 2019, still no fibre. Afrihost the ISP stated that they were informed by Openserve that fibre was already installed .....strange as we built the house 10yrs ago and would know if there was fibre. Afrihost and Openserve - a complete bunch of ***********s. Cannot speak to a human but can only fill in forms!! Frustrating
