Openserve and Afrihost - *********** customer service.

The most appalling, careless, no worries and disgusting customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying for over a week to get my Fibre line transferred to my new address. no one has contacted me or updated me to make arrangements to get this done. I have spoken to more than 5 Afrihost reps in the past week. each one has a different story and the only response I am getting is excuses. Afrihost is quick to take your money but does nothing for after sales service or delivery. All they keep telling me is I must wait, wait for what ? No rep at Afrihost has any competent customer service skills and they have no idea what is going on around them. And how does there seem to be no contact between Afrihost and Openserve their service provider ????
