Openserve aka Noserve

Our telephone line has been off since the first week of December 2017 and now 6 months later it's still off. It initially was a technical problem which openserve's technicians where supposedly busy fixing, but in the meantime while the line was faulty, the physical copper lines was ****** and the wooden pole posts on which these cables were mounted on was sawn off in order for the ******* to ***** the copper. The problem was reported numerous times to customer service consultants and technicians were on site to asses the problem but nothing has been done about it. We live on a small plot with almost no mobile signal so were depending on this fixed line
