Openserve Afrihost worst suppliers ever

Since Thursday the 27th of February we dont have fibre connection. I reported it with our SP Afrihost. Friday afternoon a technician from Openserve arrived. The fibre boxes are on old telephone poles in our estate. He had to get access to the neighbours property. I phoned the lady and she said she will be home at 14:30. When I phoned the technition to come back I was told it is a underground cable problem and he will not be coming back. After lot of emails and excuses from Afrihost I received an email to state that they Openserve tech could not get hold of me. One fat lie!!!
