Openserve Activation taking forever

Communication is terrible. Last weekend the line was set up, we are still waiting almost a week later for the cable guys to attach the line to the main fibre pole. I have escalated the order and absolutely no one has got back to me. At the moment I am trying to communicate with the technican as no one has contacted me back to give any progress update.
