Openserve accepting bribes on the telkom fault reporting system to fix problems.
I have been experiencing issues with my Telkom line since November 2017. Fault reported on the 17/11/2017 (378ctk16117) and closed. Reported again on 29/11/2017 (269ctk29117) the issue has dragged on since then with empty promises of technicians coming out and never arriving Fault reported again same issue 07/02/2018(630ctk070218). Escalation 07/02/2018( ********** ) NOT RESOLED, Escalation 03/03/2018( ********** )NOT RESOLVED.
So after much frustration i resorted to call technical again and had a discussion with a verry friendly technical adviser. he proceeded to escalate the matter again but this time with a note on the system that the customer said if the fault can be fixed soon he will pay you R3000:00 and yes i told him to put it in there. recording of the conversation available. Not 5 min later i get an sms from OPENSERVE that they have the fault and that someone will be contacting me to arrange a time today to fix the fault. So there we go.
If you want something fixed by openserve and its taking long. and the excuse is they have a lot of faults and they are working on getting the problem fixed. jump the line offer some money and get the problem fixed. it looks like the work get prioritize by the technicians and not he management and if you bribe you will succeed.
