Openserve

I have never experienced such poor service EVER! I made sure when moving house, that everything on my end was sorted, router with WebAfrica was delivered well in advance, fibre connection with Openserve in place, I was assured it would be a plug-and-play scenario but it's been over a month with no internet! WebAfrica who you can only contact via Whatsapp will put you through to every person for you to explain your issue 50 times but ultimately cannot do anything. Do NOT waste your time, use another service provider if possible.
