Openserve

I have had an issue with my fibre for 2 weeks, and Openserve does not even respond or sort out my problem. I have been without fibre for 2 weeks. I tried everything. VODACOM even tried to assist because we have the Fibre contract with them but Openserve is the service provider. I truly am fed up with this situation.
