Openserve 1 : Vumatel 0

After 2 weeks of struggling with Vumatel to get my existing fibre working on a new ISP, I decided to change my fibre provider over to Openserve. Called in the request on Friday 11 October, and Tuesday 15 October the new installation was done and working. The technicians who did the installation were very friendly and did the installation exactly how I wanted it.

Vumatel can learn a thing or 2 from Openserve when it comes to installation and customer service. All I can say is so far, so good....
