Open serve- worst service provider in South Africa

Took up fibre with them last week, as of yesterday the line is not working and they cannot understand why! I called in today and asked the consultant to hold on as I merge a call with the account holder, the consultant cut the call! He was rude and difficult. Terrible service. Cable theft was a problem now fibre is too, just the service providers are the ******* now!!!!
