OPEN SERVE will keep you in the dark

im really disgusted at how these people handle new customers. i didnt expect this for a person who tool time to make arrangements to have internet service activated on a agreed date 1st june 2026. no ome has bothered to call and check if everything is in order instead i get left in the dark. as we speak i have had to travel to the office to work instead of being at home and working. if i knew this would happen i wouldnt have bothered to sign up. im ready to cancel everything before it even starts
