Open Serve - useless Serve

Open serve have a monopoly in Sunset Beach, Cape Town. They claim their is fibre theft going on. Last year in November our fibre went down on a Saturday. They only bothered to fix it on Monday. Now it’s down again. Their service is useless. The whole area is without internet. How are we supposed to work. They are incredibly slow to fix ANY issues that arise.
