Open serve poor policies, lazy

Between open serve and level 7. We have had no internet since Thursday, we had a great connection however something on open serves side went wrong. Been told it was a duplicate order.

Now i have still been sitting with no access and all we are told is to wait for monday due to monday to friday work weeks. Well we reported this on thursday at 12 and had been confirmed yesterday that it was sitting on open serves side.

Poor service, poor policies. Zero support. You cant even log a ticket.
