OPEN SERVE PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

I had taken a fiber product/package with Mweb, on the 26th of March, 4 days later they delivered the router. My deductions are being debited however open serve has never contacted me to advise as to when they will install the fiber box. I have been in contact with Mweb consultants on 8 calls, they all give me the same garbage about how sorry they are and that open serve will contact me. This is atrocious. You people are pathetic. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL FROM OPEN SERVE.
