Open Serve??? More open NOTserve

Absolutely useless company. First they send a sms saying that they will install on a certain date, I take leave at work, then they postpone.Then they say they are coming 27 March 2018, without even letting us know, they do not pitch...

I tried to call Telkom, Openserve apparently do not have contact numbers. Its obvious that if my service was that bad, i would also not have conact details... Absalutely socked by the bad service from this useless company....
