Open serve is as bad as the government all promises and no action

Is it possible to add minus stars... What ******* service... Always issues and one technician always blaming the previous for poor workmanship... The wires in the box by us looks like a crows nest... When so called fixing my fibre the physically cut my neighbours lines that they were lying in their garden all over the place.... To day one week later still no fibre... I was just cut off...and I pay month to month... I am so tired of paying for a non existent service so have pulled the plug on fibre in my home... I am tired of *********** rude and obnoxious technicians who actually know nothing..
