OPEN SERVE INTERNET WORST SERVICE EVER

We moved to a new house. A month before we moved, we contacted Open serve/ Vox to arrange for our Fibre line to be ready when we move into the new home. It has been 3 weeks now. We are still without internet. We call and follow up more than once every day. We do not get ANY service from OPEN SERVE. Do not even consider them as a service provider. You don't get ANY SERVICE from them.
