Open Serve incompetence

So they install fibre at our house and after install there is a problem with a port on the pole outside. Will report it as per technician, they cannot fix it and now a new team now needs to come and fix it, what a load of nonsense. It seems that when it gets late any excuse will do. I will now escalate a complaint to ICASA.
