Open Serve Hold Up

Open Serve frequents our complex weekly as you are the only internet fiber service provider allowed. Yet, after placing an order via Cell C on the 17th November 2018 as our ISP we have to constantly hear Open Serve is the reason for the hold up. What is supposed to take max a week is now taking longer than 6 weeks. And thís for a service provider that is in our complex every other day!!! It is ridiculous!
