OPEN SERVE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICES PLEASE DONT BOTHER SIGNING UP WITH THEM

The most useless internet service provider I have been without internet for the last 3 days and they keep telling me that my line is ok and they just keep closing my ticket even if my internet connection is still down. The customer service is not very helpful as they keep taking me back and forth with their useless bots. Please do not use their services as it is useless and their customer service is extremely bad 🚮🚮 I have paid for the full month but I have been cut off for 4 days what happens
