Open serve doing ******* and ********* things.

Help help help is all that we can ask for , open serve has been unfair and unreasonable with us we app**** for fiber in the beginning of August, and the first time the guy came out to install it , Open serve canceled our contract with our ISP without our consent , so I phoned ISP and reactivated the contract second guy comes to install still no luck as it is an infrastructure problem which open serve must fix, only for this guy to tell us OPEN SERVE IS REFUSING TO COME AND FIX THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED IN THE FIRST PLACE BY *******LY TAKING DOWN THE FIBER BOX INFRONT OF OUR HOUSE. We change the contract to our business address cause the fault is at our home address and still the 3 rd guy comes out and tells us he can't install the fiber line because there is no fiber box they must come and put it in first and still open serve is refusing to come and fix their infrastructure problem denying us fiber. Any where I can complain or get some help regarding the matter would be greatly appreciated
