Open Serve Customer service sucks

When you use Vodacom as your service provider and then they send out Open Serve to come and move a device, when they leave no internet, since Friday no internet, on whats up with a lady and she has been helpful but all they keep on saying is we will escalate, they have been escalating for 4 days now and still no internet Phoned Head Office *** and spoke to Nono and all she says is phone Vodacom, but my line was working 100% before they guys from Open Serve moved my goods. Surely they should have technicians which are smart Everyone out their think before you move to Open Serve. Worst service ever
