Open serve 💯

Open serve has been a reliable service provider for the last few years…last night we had a massive electric storm and our system was hit and components fried, logged a call this morning got a reference number and was told 24/48 hours. 90% of our business is done over the internet so that was a problem I asked them to please escalate it and I was assured that it was. It’s now 14H00and our system is sorted and running 💯 that is from 9AM this morning 5 hours minimal impact on our business… I’m happy to support a company that is there to support their customers …👏👏👏👏👏 well done and thank you, getting harder to find good service nowadays so thank you…
