Open serve bad service

I have asked so many times why my house is the only house in the block that does not have fibre coverage, they told me they have to do alot of work on this but nothing has happened, how is it that my 2 next door neighbours on either side of me has fibre connection and not me as i am in the middle of them. Please assist asap. You can not tell me that there is no coverage at all as all the other houses has coverage. No body even cares
