Open Serve bad customer relations

The way that Open Serve employees are treating their customers is unacceptable, they are supposed, to install my fibre, they have started on Tuesday and did not complete the installation due to the router that was supp**** to me is apparently not the one that the technician prefer to work on. when you ask them a question the technician will speak to his fellow worker in his own language and dont answer the questions, they are making appointment and dont stick to it and in the meanwhile, I must struggle with wifi. Even the supervisor and manager make commitments and nothing happens
