Open serve another name of telkom

Please do not do business with open serve. The name maybe changed but its still telkom . The service has always been pathetic. Its no surprise that open serve doesn't have any concept of customer care and service. It may cost a little more but I promise you its worth every cent compared to the headache you will receive from open serve.
