Open serve and the sh8t customer service.

Open Serve WhatsApp line is the pits. I was recently manipulated into opening an account with Openserve and was informed of their 30days free trial. I was happy with the fibre connection until I made payment into their account. Since the payment was made, my internet has not been reconnected and an agent of theirs refuses to assist.

I hive lost all faith in Open Serve and One Fibre (ISP). I have faced trauma, heartache and so much dissatisfaction with them. I am highly disappointed that they have terrible service.
