Open Serve

Open Serve Wattsap service it's a **** not helpful at all I asked for debit order service they sent me a link to do that. I opened the link it requires payment first which I'm not sure it's for February or what because I'm not even due. I sent them a screenshot of that they not responding and every time they take long to respond you have to start all over and there a new penalty fee of R250 after 10 days of not topping up on time so what do I do now as I can't pay for January because I already did on the 12th of Jan and I'm not due fir February this is really frustrating
