ONT installed in a wrong room without even asking the owner where to put it.😡😡😡

Your technician came to my house to instal ONT and he saw an old ONT that was used by previous owner without assessing where do I need internet most. Now the internet isn’t feeding my house instead it feeding the street. I have made several queries with both Openserve and Vox and no one is willing to take accountability and resolve this issue. Vox they now even ignore my queries via WhatsApp. Imagine paying R700 for the internet that you needs to sit in a certain corner of your house before it connects. I can’t make calls or text or browse internet if I’m in my main bedroom so all the time I need to come closer next to the ONT box. Are you guys only service people with small houses? 😡😡😡 I’m very disappointed with Openserve because when using Vuma in my previous house he asked me when do I need internet and I never had any issues.
