Once problems start. They keep on coming.

Openserve came to install a fiber line to the neighbour's house across the street from me on Friday. The guy was meddling on the pole and I knew he was going to mess up my fiber.

They struggled through Saturday and Sunday to get the neighbour's working and ended up killing my fiber too.

I asked them multiple times from Friday to please not mess up my fiber.

Low and behold. They connect one person and disconnect another.

This is the first issue I have had with openserve in 6 years. But I know when a issue comes along its a 2 week waiting process to get anything going.

I really don't understand how you disconnect one guys internet when you splice a new fiber for someone else.

Now I'm sitting without internet here. And I just think if someone who was more experienced did this work there would be no issue.

The issue is that with ipenserve. When thi gs are going great there is never issues. But the second technicians cause issues on your line. You never hear the end of it. I k ow a couple other people who have shared their experiences.

So all I have to say is. Please openserve. Please send out some better people to come work on my pole. It's not very nice to have my internet connection killed on a Sunday night for a new fiber installation to another house. This could have been done in the week where proper technicians are available to do the job and not kill everyone else's internet in the process.
