Once again Issues with Open Serve and Telkom, not delivering on a service we have already paid for

We place an order to get Fiber from Open Serve installed in our yard on 06 January 2024, the person came on Monday and said, no we need to cut down some branches and that the box needed updating, the box was updated 0n 9 January 2024 and I cut down the branches on the 8 January 2024 and I let the technician know like he asked me too since then we still have not heard from Open Serve again, we are paying for a Service that hasn't even been installed yet, I did not want to go with Open Serve because we constantly have issues with them, them an Telkom are the worst service ever
