NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

For those of you who are scrolling through the review section wondering if you should order fibre through Openserve, just know that I've been waiting a total of 79 days for my fibreline to be activated. Openserve has not be able to give me an ETA as to when they will assist me, and all of my calls/emails have been pushed aside. The ISP's have no control over the FNO's, and they could careless about how bad your situation is. The best response you'll recieve from your ISP is "your situation has been escalated". This response has been sent me to a total of 13 times, but the FNO (Openserve) has put in no effort to deal with the escalation, and to get a response out from them is almost impossible. Openserve is not helping anyone as far as I know.
