Non existent customer service

Absolutely pathetic. Customer service is basically non existent. No response in a week and their pole is being held up by my fence. 1 star is really too much. Not sure if they are waiting for it to fall over and hurt someone or damage something first. Less competent than a chicken trying to type a letter.
