No support and lying

Been without internet since 12 Nov. My fibre line just went off through the night LOS light was red when i woke up and still is. Called my ISP MWEB 3 times already... Holding on for an hour or more just to talk to a consultant. They told me a technician from openserve will come out in 1 -2 days. Got an sms saying ticket had been resolved and will be closed so i called MWEB again to let them know that NO ONE has been to our place yet so how can it be resolved?? Consultant told me that openserve told them theyve been to my place and issue was fixed WHICH IS A LIE. Its a week now today and still waiting for an openserve technician to arrive at my house.
